How much does nationwide courier collection cost?
The Courier Guy rates apply based on your province and package weight — typically R120–R250 each way. We'll confirm the exact courier cost when you WhatsApp us your location. The courier fee is added to your repair invoice.
Which provinces do you collect from?
All 9 provinces — Western Cape, KwaZulu-Natal, Eastern Cape, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, North West, Northern Cape, Free State, and Gauteng. If you're in Gauteng, our Eliz Courier flat-rate R300 service is faster and often cheaper.
How long does the repair take?
Screen, battery, and charging repairs: 1–2 working days from arrival at our lab. Board-level micro-soldering and liquid damage: 2–5 working days. We update you via WhatsApp throughout and confirm before returning your device.
Is my device insured during the courier?
The Courier Guy provides standard cover on all shipments. We recommend declaring the device value when booking for full insurance cover. We photograph every device on receipt and before return dispatch.
What Apple devices can I send in for repair?

Yes — send multiple devices in one package to save on courier costs. Each device gets its own diagnostic and quote. We'll confirm the combined repair invoice before proceeding on any of them.
How do I pack my device safely for courier?
Wrap the device in bubble wrap, place in a sturdy box with padding on all sides. Remove any SIM cards and accessories. WhatsApp us before sending and we'll confirm the correct address and any specific packing notes for your device type.
Do you offer a warranty on courier repairs?
Yes — all repairs carry a 6-month parts and labour warranty regardless of how the device was delivered. Written quote before work begins, no hidden charges.
