Serving Stoneridge and the Greenstone Estates
Stoneridge is Greenstone's open-air lifestyle centre - more than 80 stores, outdoor dining, a Super Spar, a Food Lover's Market and a Virgin Active, all a short drive from the residential estates that make up Greenstone Hill: Thorn Valley, Bushwillow Park, Emerald, Pebble Creek and Waterstone Park. Just down the road are Greenstone Shopping Centre and Longmeadow Business Park.
That mix of estate living and office parks shapes the iPhone problems we see from this area. People working at Longmeadow rely on their phone for calls, email and two-factor codes all day. Estate residents use their phone for gate access apps, security groups and school WhatsApp groups. When the battery is worn, the phone becomes the weakest link - and that's usually when people contact us.
Getting to Us from Stoneridge
From Stoneridge, head west on Modderfontein Road (R25) and continue onto Swemmer Road into Silvamonte. It's about 5.5 km - roughly 10 to 15 minutes depending on traffic - which makes it easy to drop your iPhone off, do your shopping, and collect it again. We don't have a counter inside Stoneridge Centre; every repair is done at our Silvamonte workshop.

Collection From Your Estate or Office
If you'd rather not leave your desk at Longmeadow or your home in one of the Greenstone estates, our collection service fetches your iPhone and returns it after the repair for a flat R300. For estates, just let us know the gate procedure when you book so the driver can get in without a delay. The diagnostic is still free, and nothing is repaired until you approve the quote.
What a Battery Replacement Costs
Prices start from R650 and include parts, labour and a 6-month written warranty. The exact price depends on your iPhone model and whether you choose an OEM-grade or aftermarket battery - see every model on our iPhone battery replacement page or read the battery replacement cost guide.
Not sure it's the battery? Check Settings > Battery > Battery Health. Around 80 percent or lower usually means it's time. If the number looks fine but the phone still dies, we'll find the real cause in our free diagnostic - it can be a charging port, a cable or an app running in the background.
Why People Make the Trip
We've been repairing devices since 2003, hold a 4.9-star Google rating and put every repair in writing. We aren't an Apple Authorised Service Provider, so we don't call our batteries genuine Apple parts - we fit quality replacements and tell you exactly what you're getting. Your data stays on the phone; a battery swap doesn't need a reset.
We also handle other iPhone repairs, iPads, Apple Watches and MacBooks. Live a little further out? See Greenstone Hill, Modderfontein, Edenvale, Bedfordview and Kempton Park.
